Tips for lighting the dining room

An impressive light fitting gives you the opportunity to acquire an object of distinct design and to give your space a particular aesthetics. If you are able to invest in a single luminaire then it will be the one that will be placed over your dining room.
The way you will light the dining room is especially important as you want when you sit down with your family or friends to relax, not to feel that you are going through questioning or how to pull your eyebrows. It is therefore beneficial that the intensity of light emitting your luminaire is low so that it spreads soft lighting making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. We strongly recommend using a dimmer, that is, a switch for adjusting the light intensity.
Also, the luminaire should be placed at such a height from the table as not to interfere with eye contact between the co-workers. The latter tends to cause the luminaire to fall quite low, 75 to 80 cm from the table surface. In this case, it usually "wears" direct light that illuminates directly on its surface.
You can choose a luminaire that fits perfectly with the style of your space or you can overturn and place a completely different lighting style for your dining room, for example a classic chandelier with crystals in minimal / industrial space.
With regard to light scattering, you can either place a central chandelier or scatter lighting by choosing to place 2-3 luminaires along the table or the simple bulbs that you hang asymmetrically by playing with the length of the cables.
